The furnished room is in a family home with a private entrance. The bathroom/shower area, Kitchen & Washer/Dryer will be shared with another person renting another room in the same area of the house.
The students have access to their own fully equipped kitchen.
Bus stop and Sky train are very close.
Close to Lougheed Mall and Coquitlam Center Mall, Simon Fraser University (SFU), FIC & Douglas College. We are in Port Moody close to Burnaby. (College Park area)

Our home is close to SFU/FIC & Douglas College - bus ride from in front of our house to SFU is 30 minutes. The rent is $1,000 Canadian per month.
